How Aria Solutions B.V. handles your personal data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Aria Solutions B.V. respects your privacy and handles your personal data with care. In this privacy policy we explain which data we process, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Last updated: June 2026.

Who are we?

Aria Solutions B.V. is the controller for the processing of your personal data as described in this privacy policy. You can find us here: Oude Blaauwweg 5, 1521 RN Wormerveer. CoC 77903374, VAT number NL003259470B68. Email: info@ariasolutions.nl, phone: +31 6 1020 2071.

What personal data do we process?

Depending on your contact with us, we may process the following data:

  • Contact details you provide yourself via the contact form, by email or by phone, such as your name, email address, phone number and company name.
  • Data needed for our services, such as administrative, financial and tax data, when you become our client.
  • Technical data from your website visit, such as your IP address and information from cookies. Read more about this in our cookie policy.

Purposes and legal bases

We only process your personal data when there is a legal basis for it:

  • For the performance of the agreement and our services.
  • To comply with a legal obligation, including the tax retention obligation and the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act (Wwft).
  • For our legitimate interests, such as maintaining contact, improving our services and securing our systems.
  • On the basis of your consent, for example for non-essential cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which we process it. For administrative and tax data a statutory retention period of seven years applies. Contact details not linked to an assignment or agreement are deleted sooner.

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data when necessary or when we are legally required to do so. If we engage other parties that process data on our behalf (processors, such as our hosting and software providers), they do so solely according to our instructions and on the basis of a processing agreement. Where the law requires it, we provide data to authorities such as the Tax Authority. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Transfer outside the EEA

In principle we process your data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Should a transfer to a country outside the EEA be necessary, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar techniques. Which ones these are and how you manage your preferences is explained in our cookie policy.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful use. This includes secure connections (SSL/TLS) and limiting access to data to staff who need it.
